Supports CSV / TSV exported from the Google Search Console Queries report

How to export your GSC data?

  1. Open Google Search Console and go to the Performance report.
  2. Switch the table to the Queries tab; a date range of 3+ months works best.
  3. Click Export in the top-right corner and choose CSV.
  4. Drag the CSV file into the area above (or paste its content) and click Find Opportunities.

Your file is parsed locally in the browser and never uploaded to our servers.

How it works

  1. Export the Queries report from Google Search Console as CSV.
  2. Drop the file (or paste its content) — everything is analyzed locally in your browser.
  3. Work through the two opportunity lists, each row sorted by estimated winnable clicks.

Features

  • High-impression low-CTR list: queries whose CTR lags the benchmark for their position
  • Page 2-3 opportunities: ranking 11-20 keywords one push away from page 1
  • Estimated winnable clicks per row (impressions x CTR shortfall vs. benchmark)
  • Benchmark CTR curve across positions 1-20 for fair comparison
  • 100% local processing — your GSC file never leaves the browser

FAQ

Is my Search Console data safe?
Yes. The CSV is parsed entirely in your browser with JavaScript — nothing is uploaded to our servers. You can verify in your browser dev tools that no network request carries the file.
How do I export the data?
Open Google Search Console, go to Performance, switch the table to the Queries tab, pick a date range (3+ months recommended) and click Export → CSV. Then upload the file here.
What counts as low-hanging fruit?
Two patterns: queries with high impressions but a CTR far below the benchmark for their position (fix titles and snippets to win back clicks), and queries ranking 11-20 with steady impressions (content depth and internal links can push them to page 1).
How are winnable clicks estimated?
Impressions multiplied by the gap between your actual CTR and an industry benchmark CTR curve (≈28% at position 1, decreasing by rank). It is a directional estimate for prioritization, not a guarantee.
